Purchasing CrossTrain Kids

Thank you for considering CrossTrain Kids! We hope the purchasing process is straightforward, but we wanted to share information about all the options and support available throughout the process.

We offer several payment options to accommodate your needs, including check, ACH, and credit card. Payment by check is preferred to help us minimize processing fees. If cost is a barrier, email support@crosstrainkids.com to discuss options for payment assistance. Ministries with multiple school campuses must purchase separate packages for each location.

Purchasing Process

Step 1: Visit the CrossTrain Kids Store

  1. Go to our shop page on our website, www.crosstrainkids.com/shop

  2. Browse available curriculum and select the product(s) you wish to purchase.

  3. If you would like to submit a purchase order, email support@crosstrainkids.com, and we can send you an invoice. 

Step 2: Add Curriculum to Cart

  1. On the product page, click “Add to Cart.”

  2. If you are purchasing for multiple ministry sites, you will need to:

    • Add each product separately for each ministry site and check out separately so it is delivered to the correct location and designated staff member. 

    • During checkout, enter the correct contact information for the individual who should receive the materials.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

  1. Click the shopping cart icon and select “Checkout.”

  2. Fill in the contact details carefully. These will determine who receives the digital content.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

We offer the following payment options:

Pay by Check (Preferred)

  • To pay by check:

    1. Do not complete the checkout.

    2. Contact our team at support@crosstrainkids.com to arrange a check payment.

    3. Once your check is received and processed, we will send you an access code to download your digital content.

    4. Use the access code on the site to access and download the materials. If you need it sooner, reach out to us for support.

ACH Payment

  • If you wish to pay via ACH:

    1. Proceed through checkout and choose ACH if available.

    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the ACH transfer.

Credit Card

  • If you prefer to pay with a credit card:

    1. Proceed through the whole checkout process.

    2. Enter your credit card information as prompted.

Step 5: Access Your Digital Curriculum

  • If you paid by credit card or ACH, download links will be available immediately after purchase or sent to the email you provided at checkout.

  • If you paid by check, use the access code we provide after receiving your payment to download the files. If you would like the materials right away after mailing in your payment, reach out to support@crosstrainkids.com to receive an access code. 

  • If you are a non-profit organization, you will be asked for a copy of your 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and your tax-exempt EIN or registration number.
