CrossTrain Kids is a curriculum designed to support the overall development of elementary-aged children (K-8) by focusing on physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness. It can be used for Catechism, VBS, or as a full Sunday School curriculum.
The lessons combine biblical teachings with practical life skills, helping children grow in faith, well-being, and emotional strength. The material is flexible to fit different schedules, and a condensed version for preschoolers is also available.
